Experience
I am senior student at Millikin University. I transfered my sophomore year from Harper Community College. While I was in high school I tutored a foreign exchange student from Jordan in math and i also taught swim lessons for a number of years so I do have experience with teaching skills. I work really well with people and have great communication skills. I was on the speech team in high school as well as at Harper and now that I am an alum I go back and judge tournaments. I also coach with other students to help improve their writings as well as their performances. Last year at Millikin I also took a children's literature education course which helped with my teaching skills. I hope to teach theatre someday in the future. I really like working with people and being able to help others and think tutoring would be a great opportunity to do that.
