Experience
I want to be a tutor because I want to be able to help others succeed in their school work. I took College Prep Math my Senior year of High School and, while I felt that I was terrible at it, I was usually the one with the highest grade and everyone would come to me to explain how to do a problem or to explain how to do a formula. If I didn't understand what to do with the problem, I would go to my teacher and ask her what to do, because I would get confused pretty easily when it came to math. Same thing happened in my Math for the Real World class Winter semester. I was in the class with one of my friends and she would always ask my for my help with different things. I have some sort of background in the different subjects that I have offered to tutor in.
